Here at Katerina's Darling Bridal we would love to help you find not only the perfect dress, but vendors to help make your dreams come true. We offer several services from hourly consultations to help you find a direction and start the planning process, to full wedding coordination from the beginning to end, or solely a day of wedding coordinator. We ensure a seamless, stress free celebration. Make sure to check out the packages that are offered and ask any questions that you might have!

Hourly Consultations


This is the biggest event that you will ever plan and it can be overwhelming understanding the terminologies and finding vendors who will suit your wants and needs. We get it and would love to help you get started! Whether it’s helping organize your thoughts, or giving you direction on where to begin. In a 2-hour appointment, we discuss your wedding budget, explain what items will cost, talk about your ideas for your wedding and how you can go about getting what you need to create them. After, we will email you a detailed document with everything that was discussed. Vendor names, numbers, and emails. A beginning of a time-line that you can fill out as you continue down this beautiful, fun journey. A data list for you to fill out for guests, addresses, etc. You will have your own personalized wedding bible.

From the moment your fiance gets down on one knee, to your wedding exit, we will take care of all the details. Feeling a little overwhelmed or just not sure where to start? We will become best friends throughout this exciting journey and we'll learn about everything we can do to help bring your dream day to life. We're here throughout the entire process and will relieve any stress you're facing leading up to the wedding. We work through the logistics and make sure each task is taken care of. We won't let you miss a single thing when it comes to wedding planning and will ensure the process is as seamless as possible.From the start, we'll work together to bring your Pinterest boards to life. With the decor, florals and everything in between, your full vision will become reality. We have lots of experience working with our incredible vendors and will help you find the best fit for your needs. We provide you with a highly personalized service that starts with seamless communication from the start to the end. You will have an informed, unified team, that will vary in size depending on the size of your wedding, to help make the day of your dreams flawless. We only take a handful of full-service weddings each year, so we recommend getting in touch as quickly as possible!

Fairy God-Mother Coordinator

Referred to as "day-of coordination", our wedding day management is a great option for any couple who is comfortable planning their entire day, but need assistance making sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Your only focus is to relax and enjoy your day! We make sure you are able to be fully present as we take care of everything. We ensure all vendors show up on time, oversee both the ceremony and reception, communicate with musicians and DJ on song selections, set up all personal decor and other items you need, assist the wedding party and all guests with questions or concerns, clean up the entire space so that you never have to lift a finger!

You can also add on, or take off responsibilities as you please, just know that this package is customizable.

We do Travel! If your wedding is a destination wedding, we absolutely travel. Contact us for more information and discussion of the additional travel fees.
